Job Description

Your primary tasks will include:

- Shooting and editing video content for digital communications on Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.

- Managing and maintaining media database (Post-processing videos and photos, including selecting, editing, tagging and archival work)

- Participate in team and project-related meetings. 

- Assisting in the creation of visual communication collaterals for internal and external communications.

 

What is it going to be like working with us?

On a day-to-day basis, you will work directly with the corporate communications team (with the benefit of flexible working hours). You are working in an MNC, so you may learn how senior business leaders, spokespeople and employees from around the world work.

Your role will have a focus on video editing, and you will also be expected to assist in filming, conceptualizing, and other areas of the creative process. Additional tasks such as Photoshop work, photo editing, and simple graphic design will also be part of your work.

Since we are a regional team, you will also have exposure to a broader perspective of communications, as well as the chance to work with people from different countries and to understand the corporate mindset behind comms.

 

Requirements

We want someone who is experienced with creative production, with a focus on video editing skills. Familiarity with Adobe CC apps (namely Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is ideal. Familiarity with the Google Suite platform of services is a plus, but not required.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Creative and flexible; able to add strategic input throughout the course of the project
  • Able to start immediately for at least 3 months
  • We prefer those with flexible working hours, roughly 2-3 days within a week. Schedule can be discussed (We typically do not work on nights or weekends)
  • Contract length: 3-6 months
  • Job Types: Preferably contract (or hourly/part-time)
  • Salary: flexible (depending on hourly, part-time or contract)
