We are seeking for an intern to join us to provide administrative support in the following areas of HR functions: Talent acquisition, HRIS data administration, employees services/ communication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team in the areas of Talent Acquisition, employee exit administration, HR systems and employee relation
- Responsible for lockers management
- Involvement in process improvement projects
- Support HR programs such as Employee Referral or any other when assigned
- Provide general office support such as distributing of incoming and outgoing mails, attending incoming phone calls
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Strong interest in Human Resource Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of local labour laws and work passes application
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A 6 months internship commencing July 2017. Please state your availability in your cover letter.
