Bay Hotel & Resort Pte Ltd – HR Intern

Responsibilities:-

• Assist in full scope of HR operational functions including checking of staff payroll related materials
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including screening of resumes, reference check and arrangement of pre-employment medical check-up for new staff
• Provide administrative assistance with HR projects as per headed by HR manager and come up with new HR initiatives to improve current practices
• Provide support for employee engagement activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the management

Requirements:-

• Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related field
• No prior working experience is required
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates
• Self-motivated, driven and goal-oriented
• Able to work independently and is highly adaptable to the environment
• Singaporeans only
