Event Coordinator Intern
Singapore

You are responsible for supporting the Operations Team with the execution of successful meetings and events while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will ensure all events related documentation are prepared in a timely manner, support site inspections, logistics coordination and follow up on correspondences where necessary, pre, during and post events.


Your responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and support the set-up and production of the event on-site
  • Provide support in developing RFP proposals including research and sourcing
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, providing logistics support and planning to ensure smooth implementation of events within allocated budget and timeline
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Answer inquiries in the event support mailbox
  • Responsible for event data quality and follow-up on inconsistencies, missing information etc
  • Responsible for organization and maintenance of all event files
  • Update Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) as needed, make recommendations for process improvements
  • Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects

  • Capability of problem solving - Anticipating, initiating and resolving issues
