We have strong experience working with businesses experiencing hyper-growth and a track-record of building and leading diverse teams, setting strategic vision and delivering business outcomes with operational excellence. We are passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations play big and leading with purpose.
We are on the hunt for an individual who is keen to jump on our rocket-ship. We are launching a series of new products (including a podcast and online product) over the coming months and need an admin, marketing and social media super star to help us make this a reality. You will work directly with our CEO and Founder to help take our business to the next level.
You are:
- Someone who cares about making a difference in the lives of others and keen to work in a purpose-oriented environment
- Excited to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment, working directly with a founder to make the vision a reality
- A creative graphic designer with experience translating a brand concept into marketing collateral and telling a story online. You will be familiar with Canva and can build beautiful assets that we can use online and also in client material
- A social media expert who understands how to optimise the various social media platforms and can help build, manage, engage and track our audience digitally. You will be able to own our content calendar ensuring our followers are engaged and inspired
- A digital wizard who is experienced at managing a website. You will help make our website as visually appealling and compelling as possible leveraging your skills in copywriting, proofing, graphic design and content creation
- Interested in video and podcasting - are able to edit our material and help format and publish it across various platforms
- Prepared to roll up your sleeves - are happy to take on administrative tasks and assist in a wide-variety of operational projects
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication
- Hardworking, dedicated, a fast learner and someone who takes initiative
- Flexible and agile - we are a startup so we require someone who is able to take on new roles and ambiguity well
If this sounds like you we'd love to hear from you - we're ideally looking for someone to work part-time about 2 or 3 days a week but are flexible.
