Salary: $800-1000 (+sales commission)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Skin Care Treatments:

   • Perform facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin care treatments tailored to the client’s needs.
   • Conduct skin analyses to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
   • Provide advice on skincare routines and products.

2. Body Treatments:

   • Administer body treatments such as body wraps, scrubs, and massages to exfoliate, detoxify, and relax clients.
   • Conduct specialized treatments like Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage, or fat-freezing.

3. Nail Care:

   • Provide manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements such as gel or acrylic nails.
   • Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation of tools and workstations.

4. Eyelash and Brow Services:

   • Perform eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, and brow shaping/tinting.
   • Provide consultations on maintaining lash and brow health.

5. Product Sales:

   • Recommend and sell beauty and wellness products tailored to the client’s needs.
   • Stay updated on the latest products and techniques in the beauty industry.

6. Client Consultations:

   • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client concerns and desired outcomes.
   • Maintain accurate records of treatments, products used, and client preferences.

7. Health and Safety:

   • Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and sterilization of tools.
   • Ensure a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment for clients.

Additional Duties:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, respected, and valued.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other therapists and salon staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
