Job Description


  • Provide back-end operational support and coordinate with the frontline supervisors to ensure operational excellence across the stores
  • Plan and execute various events such as marketing campaigns, food exhibitions etc
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and demographics, perform sales analysis to provide recommendations to enhance the development of the brand
  • Attend to consumers' product and service-related inquiries/feedback 
  • Perform administrative documentation to support the retail operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • Motivated self-starter who is hands-on with a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Independent, Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
