The digital marketing intern will play an important role in helping a company increase its online visibility, attract and engage customers, and grow its brand. Here are some key responsibilities and skills that they may be expected to have in this role: 

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing (SEM)
• Conduct market research to better understand the target audience and identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Create and curate engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and videos, to drive traffic and engagement
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement based on data insights
• Help maintain and update the company website and other online assets, ensuring they are optimized for search engines and user experience

Skillset:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and content
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how to use them to engage with customers and promote a brand
• Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and how to optimize content for search engines
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights from digital marketing analytics tools
• Proficiency with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
• Basic design skills and familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
