We are looking to hire a Finance Intern to join our Finance and Inventory team. You will have a chance to work in a multi cultural environment and get hands on experience working in a fast paced technology company. To do well in this role you need have a fine eye for detail and is highly committed to ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Accounts Payable
- Responsible for processing of payment for a high volume of invoices
- Manage local and overseas suppliers’ payments by ensuring all invoices are checked against our booking system before they are processed in the system
- Review of Supplier statement balance reconciliation and confirmation
- Ensuring Supplier Advance account are top up with positive balances
- Perform AP duties, which include payment processing and ensuring that proper supporting documents for approval of payments are on-hand
- Attend to and follow up email queries from suppliers and country managers
- Process and check expense claims
- Handle ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by Reporting Officer
- working hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
