In recent years, Ben Lau Dance has invested significantly in a comprehensive branding exercise, marking a new chapter in their journey. They have invested over SGD 80,000 to develop a new logo, social media templates, copywriting materials, and a suite of marketing assets. This rebranding effort aims to provide a fresh canvas for their interns to unleash their creativity and apply their marketing skills.

As a Social Media and Operations Intern at Ben Lau Dance, the selected intern will have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day operations of our dance studio while taking the lead in elevating our online presence. The core responsibilities will include:
Creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Developing and implementing creative campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Assisting in day-to-day studio activities and gaining insights into studio operations.
Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative strategies.
