Job Description

This position is a frontline position. You will be the main coordinator of the tuition centre branch, dealing with parents, students and tutors. The job is dynamic and requires you to have good interpersonal skills. You must be confident and professional when you interact with customers and answer their enquires. A meticulous work style with keen eye to details will be greatly appreciated.

 

Job Scope

1. Answer enquiries from customers who call or text, or walk-in to the enrichment centre

2. Proactively follow up on sales enquiries with customers who enquire

3. Communicate with tutors, parents and/or students on change of class timing, replacement lessons, and any other situation that may arise

4. Calculate fees, send out invoices, collect payments and issue receipts to parents

5. Purchase of supplies for day-to-day operations

6. Support the teacher in their teaching roles, such as attendance taking and printing of teaching materials

7. Ad hoc duties such as scanning/photocopying/printing, record of expenditures, organizing documents or any other job as assigned by the manager

 

Requirements

1. Willing to learn, humble, with attention to details

2. Skilled in basic office skills (excel, word)

3. Empathetic and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

4. Prior experience in frontline customer service jobs will be a bonus
