Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven business savvy, passionate and aggressive business development excutive to join us. You will be helping across all strategy development and acquisition efforts as well as helping BestOfMe to acquire new clients. You will work closely with the Director, Growth & Strategy and CEO directly to identify, pursue, and establish new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company. The primary role is on generating sales and expanding customer base.

What You Will Do:

Lead Generation: Identify and profile potential leads using online research, cold callings, networking events, and other resources.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in creating and updating sales presentations, proposals, and other materials.

CRM Management: Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer and pipeline data.

Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to support sales strategies.

Client Interaction: Attend client meetings and calls alongside senior sales personnel to understand the sales process and client requirements.

Sales Reporting: Assist in creating weekly/monthly sales reports, tracking leads, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
