We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Training & Learning Development Assistant. This is a hybrid role supporting our operations in Singapore and Malaysia. The role focuses on the administration of training and coaching platforms, coordinating learning programs, managing documentation, and providing support for training-related grants and claims.
Role Overview:
As a Training & Learning Development Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration and execution of our training and coaching programs. You will be responsible for managing training platforms, coordinating learning activities, handling administrative tasks, and supporting grant and claims processes where applicable. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Coaching Platform Administration:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s training and coaching platforms, including user accounts, schedules, and session tracking.
• Provide technical support to trainers, coaches, and participants using the platforms.
• Ensure training and coaching data is accurately recorded and maintained.
• Generate reports and analytics to measure program effectiveness and participation.
Learning & Development Coordination:
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training and coaching programs.
• Communicate with trainers, coaches, and participants to ensure smooth program execution.
• Support the development and distribution of training materials and resources.
• Maintain organized records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
Grant & Claim Support (Where Applicable):
• Assist in the preparation and submission of training-related grants and claims.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with funding requirements.
• Track the status of claims and follow up on approvals or additional requirements.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve any grant or claim-related queries.
General Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate records of training and development activities, budgets, and resources.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for the L&D team.
• Provide logistical support for virtual and in-person training sessions, including setting up technology and coordinating with vendors.
• Support internal and external communication related to training initiatives.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience in training coordination, learning administration, or grant and claim processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate training and coaching platforms.
Desirable Skills (Pluses):
• Familiarity with training and coaching platforms or learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience in handling client communication and support.
• Knowledge of training grants or compliance requirements.
