We are looking for a candidate to take on the position of a Marketing Intern (Stationery & Lifestyle Department) to handle brands assigned to the candidate. The candidate ideally must possess good business acumens to perform the job role. Roles and responsibilities include:
- running social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) to enhance audience engagement
- creating awareness and develop the brand you're marketing.
- working with the sales team to communicate to trade partners on promotions and sales.
- ensuring smooth execution of marketing plans, advertising (internal and external), direct marketing and campaigns.
- supporting the manager in delivering agreed activities.
- working to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts related to the brand both with trade and brand.
- Handle and assist with the active ecommerce platforms
- arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials to sales team.
- maintaining and prepare agreed budget set with management.
- Assisting in preparation of forecast and orders for planned programs or promotions.
- Assisting in reporting for brands under his/her care.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- Related working experience an advantage.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint and Excel, Photoshop, Adobe and Illustrator
- Able to work together independently with minimal supervision.
- Have the heart and willing to learn.
