As our Creative Lead, you will:

- Bridge the Gap: Seamlessly connect customer insights with design, technical, and development expertise, ensuring our products meet real needs and exceed expectations.
- Drive Innovation: Transform abstract concepts into intuitive product designs that solve user pain points and elevate the dining experience.
- Champion User-Centricity: Lead user research, testing, and data analysis to uncover new opportunities, validate product-market fit, and continuously improve the user experience.
- Be a Creative Force: Develop concepts, prototypes, and storyboards that bring your creative vision to life and inspire our teams.
- Mentor and Motivate: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of talented creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 5-8 years of experience in the creative field, ideally as a creative lead with regional experience.
- Showcasing a solid understanding of social media, creator culture, and performance marketing in the Asian context.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and align with BestFoody's brand vision.
- Experience leading and motivating creative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- A genuine love for food and a desire to revolutionize how people discover and enjoy culinary experiences in Asia.
