Betafi is creating a next-generation platform to democratize product research and help product teams to build the right thing from day-one.
We empower organizations to truly understand their target customers and build usable interfaces with delightful UX by integrating research directly into their product development cycles, with fast turnarounds from finding the right testers to arriving at actionable insights.
We are just getting started and in the next year, we will build a complete product stack to enable teams to conduct user research faster and with better outcomes than previously thought possible.

We are looking for someone interested in a 3–6-month internship who's excited to dive in and get an early stage business off the ground. About this Role
As our very first business growth intern, you will play a huge role in figuring out who’s the perfect target customer for Betafi, accelerate the growth of new customers and engage our existing customers to increase the usage of the tool.
Some projects you will likely be working on include:
- Setting up an inbound marketing funnel: Identify the right early users for Betafi, what are their pain points, how do we reach them. Build a funnel from a customer discovering Betafi, to first use to repeat use to becoming a paid customers.
- This would be led with quality content, with a focus on bringing in users to try out Betafi
- This also includes creating a curated list of customers that would be ideal for Betafi to target.
- Business Development & Engagement: A key priority for Betafi is to increase the frequency of usage of the platform, so as part of this project you will work with Betafi's existing users and find ways to keep them engaged and increase usage. This also includes hanging out in Reddit/Slack communities and creating leads for Betafi.
- Pricing & Business Model: Betafi is being used by small start-ups and growth stage start-ups alike. Their needs and appetite to spend are different, so this project would involve setting the pricing for the tool and figuring out how best the Saas model can be adapted to research context.
- Planning and executing Betafi's public launch!
