Founders’ Associate

Did you have fun building your previous side hustle? Are you always using tech tools to automate your life and work? Are you keen to do the 0 to 1 again at a larger scale this time with a team of experienced venture builders?
If your answers are yes to all of the above - Beyond Border's Founders' Associate role sound just the right fit for you.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our team of ex-Founders and Founding team members, who have successfully built and scaled businesses from Seed to Growth.
This is a rare chance to work on a deeply impactful problem in the immigration space, and gain hands-on experience in venture building.
Key responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will span across key business areas, including:
- Product Development: Learn and leverage no-code and LLM enabled tools (e.g. Cursor / Vercel) to create tech tools for productizing end to end immigration petition creation
- Petition Production: Be fully immersed in the petition production process to identify tech-enhancement opportunities
- Recruitment: Assist Founders in full funnel recruitment activities to scale up our presence across South Asia and Latin America
This role is ideal for aspiring entrepreneurs / product builderslooking to fast-track their careers in startups and venture building.
You’ll work directly with seasoned operators who have successfully built multi-million-dollar ventures, including Glints, Payjoy, Solifi.
