Job Description

A Marketing Internship with Beyond Brands:

You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall marketing and growth strategy of growing our base of creators. You'll play a key role in shaping Beyond Brands through this exhilarating growth phase.

You will function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities. Main responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following:

  • Campaigns
    • Support and participate in end-to-end campaign strategy to execution
    • Contribute to new content ideas / formats for eDM, Social Media and virtual events
    • Research outreach, liaise and coordinate plans with external partners to drive brand awareness and acquire new customers
    • Coordinate and execute marketing collaterals and assets
    • Coordinate influencer collaborations including content ideas, format, liaise and coordinate with influencers
    • Execute social media content on Instagram, Facebook
    • Coordinate with event vendors / partners and execute programs and operations plans during event days
  • Social Media
    • Daily maintenance and organising of our IG Accounts + relevant folders/Docs
    • Participate in brainstorming session/discussion within team on how to improve in delivery of content on all social platforms
    • Participate in content creation discussion for social channels (Tik Tok, IG, Virtual Comm etc)
    • Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
  • Community
    • Digital Experiences & Events
      • Assist with the coordination with vendors and execute programmes and ops plan during event days
      • Assist team with execution of our branded event, community workshops and experiences
    • Virtual Communities
      • Maintenance of the virtual community platforms
      • Assist in monitoring of community groups’ sentiments and engagement to ensure relevancy and engagement
    • Communications
      • Conduct media monitoring for brand coverage across various channels including digital, social media and online forums
      • Close tracking of campaign and BAU seeding performance to selected media publications
      • Monitor for competitor and industry news, including potential issues that could impact the business
      • Ideate and develop content for the brand’s LinkedIn page
