Job Description

What would your responsibilities be?

  • Be a trainer, facilitator, and guide to young kids, teens, young adults, and families.
  • You will conduct survival lessons such as shelter building, fire making, navigation, plant and animal identification.
  • Conducting various outdoor activities, trekking, and team-building games.
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service to all participants.
  • As an outdoor educator you will create and facilitate unique outdoor educational experiences for school camps.

  • Someone who is always down for an adventure and to transform your love for the wilderness into a meaningful, life-changing journey.
  • Leadership and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Physical fitness and mental resilience to work extensively in an outdoor environment
  • Able to make risk management decisions daily and oversee clients’ safety.
  • Equipped with wilderness skills and has a background in facilitating experiential education.
