Job Description
- Dissemination of information using marketing software
- Updating of website (Operation maintanence/SEO)
- Data analytics and programming
- Assist with implementation of HR Talent Management System
- Conduct market research
- Assist with IT related ad hoc tasks
Working Hours
- Flexible duration and timing (minimum 3 months)
- Part-time during an academic Term
- Minimum 2 days per week (We can discuss with candidates)
- Full-time during a vacation period
Requirements
- Be interested in Human Resource field, intercultural communication and web marketing
- Be self-motivated
- Experience/knowledge of IT systems (e.g. html, java, php), web marketing systems
- Basic Japanese language ability (N4 and above)
Preference
- Be interested in Japanese business culture
- From computing or IT related majors
