Job Description

Responsibilities

  • HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding of employees. 
  • Manage all work passes and business visa matters.
  • Manage office administration (including but not limited to procurement of office and pantry supplies, office maintenance, etc)
  • Provide secretarial support to the CEO.
  • Employee engagement activities, assist in organising company events.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Law.
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure.
  • Manage stakeholders from China.
