- Assist to review, recommend and document current HR policies and procedures in line with Headquarter and in accordance with local labour legislation
- Make recommendation on training needs and source for training providers
- Assist to review existing staff benefits
- Support in HR activities and projects
- Prepare HR reports related to workpro programmes and initiatives
- Assist in HR & Admin functions
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of both in written and spoken English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- Good team player, highly motivated and committed
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Major in Human Resource
