Here's the gist of what you'll be doing:

(We'll cover the specifics once we are further along the process)

1.) Filtering and answering important emails

2.) Managing Zoom events, customers, appointments and travel (when restrictions are relaxed)

3.) Storing files and organising documents

4.) Administrative tasks -> blogs, reports, transcription, book-keeping, social media etc

5.) Email database management -> taking care of our email database

If you perform these tasks well, we will even invite you to join us on our business trips to Singapore or other parts of Asia where we meet with partners and clients.

I hope you can now see why we stress so much the can-do spirit here.

Once again, if you do these tasks well, we'll make sure you are well taken care of.

In addition, make sure you apply ONLY if you have:

- The ability to respond to emails within 18 hours max

HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU

Although you'll be working remotely ~90% of the time, there might be chances that we will need you to travel out of Singapore. Chances are low currently but who knows. 

So be prepared to hop on the plane. And if that happens, flight and accommodation will be paid for.

You’ll be working very closely with me and there is a lot of work to be done, lots of exploring together.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

- Able to communicate effectively and write proficiently in English. 

- Must have a laptop with a web camera and have very good internet speed connection as we will need to connect / communicate through Zoom meetups very often. 

- Analytical and meticulous (Good attention to detail)

- Independent (Someone who has initiative & discipline to do the work and not be chased for work to be done)

- Excellent customer service skills

- And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team!
