BG Badminton is a startup that matches students with coaches all around Singapore. We're very passionate about badminton and bringing people together through sports. And although we're small, BG Badminton has been growing rapidly and we’re looking for a sales representative to help us grow further.
Requirements
- Well-spoken and proficient in English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- A strong, local knowledge of Singapore & its areas
- Proven track record and experience in a sales role
- Confident, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with badminton as a recreational sport preferred
Responsibilities
- Close sales based on leads that will be provided, through phone calls and text messages
- Advise customers on what classes, coaches and training locations would be most suitable for them
- Keep up-to-date on locations, timings, and availability of running classes
- Liaise with the customer service team on the availability of classes
This is a remote position and will not require you to report to our office. There are no set working hours but you will be expected to attend to customers throughout the day, which will total roughly 2-3 hours.
You may be required to attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings for product knowledge training, target discussions or sales status updates.
Remuneration for this role will consist of a base salary of $600 per month, plus a bonus commission of $200 if job performance is satisfactory.
