BG Badminton connects passionate coaches with enthusiastic badminton students in Singapore. We formally incorporated in 2017 and we are working towards becoming the biggest provider of top-notch badminton services so that we can transform the badminton scene in Singapore.
The bobian routine tasks (May change)
- backend sales calls/texts to help onboard new students (we will do the prospecting for you)
- booking of badminton courts
- some form of bookkeeping (if needed)
The shiok dynamic tasks
- Sourcing of badminton coaches (You’ll have to brainstorm of effective and novel ways to find them)
- The hiring of people (If we lack manpower in ad-hoc tasks, we’ll need you to hire people)
- Maintaining relationships with coaches & customers (if we have enough time to work on this task)
- Pricing challenges (How can we best price our new product for best profitability + deliver the best value for our customers?)
- And many other business challenges (How to improve operational efficiency? Improving margins? Horizontal integration?)

I am Gerald Ong and if you join us, you will be learning and reporting to me. Though I dislike sharing about my achievements as it feels like I am showing off, here are some of my credentials as I believe it is really important you know who you are working with too!
