Job Description

About the Role:

As a Talent Researcher, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including sourcing top talent, conducting market research, and building strong candidate relationships.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming open positions.
  • Conducting research on industry trends, target companies, and talent pools to identify potential candidates.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Communicating with potential candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and answer questions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

 

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate or Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong research, analytical skills, and a desire to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possibility to be converted to permanent staff based on performance
