Job Description
- Maintain customer service hotline
- Provide quality customer service to customers over calls / emails to solve enquiries
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures closely
- Work as a team and ensure that service standards are met
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Singaporeans only
- A Levels / Diploma
- Good written and oral communication skills
- No experience needed as training is provided
- Commitment to 3 months or longer is ideal
