Job Description
Job Scope:
- Co-ordinating the social media updates and newsletter release with marketing agency
- Preparing all internal news and contents materials such as videos, pictures and texts etc. with help of regional team members
- Carrying out SEO and SCM independently
- Writing articles up to 4-6 per month for company’s blog section
- Responsible for monitoring marketing budget
- Managing promotions on social media
- Keeping the newsletter distribution list updated on MailChimp
- Ad-hoc tasks such as putting together deck for PointDrive dashboard etc.
Requirements:
- Well-organized
- Demonstrate ability to develop & facilitate projects, within given parameters
- Positive and self-motivated: Willing to develop career on Marketing and Sales.
- Good communication skills: Cross functional project team management & customer communication
Work Experience:
- Diploma in Business Management
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Department
- Able to start work immediate or short notice
Language skills and Computer Literacy:
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge in SEO/SCM
- Knowledge in CRM (Customer Relations Management)
- Advanced in MS Office (Excel and PPT)
- Advanced in Abode Design Applications
