Assist the Office Manager in overseeing the daily office operational matters
Ensure proper maintenance of the building facility and maintenance services
Assist the Office Manager in handling security, cleaning, waste disposal, landscape maintenance and pest control vendors
Rectify breakdowns and take preventive measures
Assist the Office Manager in supervising term contractors
Ensure all feedback and complaints on the property are resolved in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
A Diploma in Facilities Management, or Nitec equivalent
Comfortable and enjoy working on hands-on projects
Active and mobile in terms of being on the ground resolving mainly facilities’ matters whenever necessary
