Provide IT Support to office operations
IT troubleshoot and respond to IT queries
Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers and laptops
Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security
Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners
Handle other ad hoc IT and Infrastructure duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma in IT Network Systems & Security or equivalent
Candidates who have a particular interest in the media industry in terms of Post-Production work would have an added advantage
Proficient and comfortable using both Windows and Mac software
Organised and reliable, with an excellent eye for detail
Ability to troubleshoot IT problems independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
Good team player
