The Business Administration Intern will support three of the key functions of our company, namely Human Resources, Sales & Business Development, and Finance. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR / Sales / Finance and getting a closer look into the media and video production industry, we’d like to meet you!
Human Resources
Keep our internal database/repository and HRMS up to date
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks (i.e. LinkedIn, CultJobs, Internsg, StartupJobs, Jobstreet)
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
Provide general office administrative function (eg, purchasing of equipment, inventories, ensuring HR forms are filled)
Opportunities to be exposed to the various HR verticals including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagements, government paperwork administration etc.)
Sales & Business Development
Support data collection and analysis of customer sales information
Assist with sales documentation and SOP setting.
Assist with setting up sales dashboards for reporting using a third-party solution like klipfolio or Power BI
Finance
Ad Hoc financial analysis projects i.e. Collation of data from operations to identify profitable segments
Financial data entry, filing, and logistical/operational tasks
Job requirements:
Currently studying in a university in Singapore
Currently pursuing a Business degree, majoring in either Finance or HR
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Well-organized
Good communicator
Keen in exploring corporate functions in a media industry
Able to commit for at least a 4-months period
