Job Description
- Suggest improvements and seek opportunities for innovation in customer service standards, policies and procedures
- Manage customers' feedback & promote the company services via the social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ etc), public forum, email, and/or telephone
- Suggest and improve marketing strategies
- Identify and interpret social media trends and propose appropriate actions to enhance the level of engagement with customers
