Responsible for day to day administrative function; Creating job quotations for Sales; Submission of Sales InvoicesFollowing up with Customers over the phone for new businessLiaison with relevant parties to ensure compliance with local and corporate requirementsCompilation of weekly and monthly reports for managementPrepare and maintain proper records of reports and documentsProvide administrative support to the managementEnsure smooth running of the office processes
