Job Description
The Job
- Develop and maintain good relations with our partners
- Manage reservations and meet occupancy targets
- Guest management - handling guest enquiries, complaints and execute service recovery
- Manage and keep the contents and photos updated for all property listings on booking portals like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc
- Checking and ensuring accuracy of listings’ content and integration across booking portals
- Creating and publishing content and photos for new property listings
- Develop and implement marketing materials and campaigns
- Promoting and strengthening the brand
- Create content for digital marketing and manage social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Experience & requirements
- Customer focused and service-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Passion for writing and good eye for photos
- Organised and meticulous
- Able to work independently and as a team player
