Job Description
- Work with management in coordinating and planning production/ project activities and resources.
- Prepare and review external/ internal documentation for management.
- Manage and monitor production timeline and project schedule for timely delivery of products/ action items.
- Assist management to develop training documents, standard procedures and guidelines for production/ project.
- Work with managers to plan, coordinate and delegate work responsibilities to production/ project staff.
- Develop work orders and schedules for upcoming production/ projects activities, including administrative tasks and sites involved in the production/ projects.
- Travel may be required.
Requirements - Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled at organizing multiple projects on different timelines.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
