Bio-Design is currently looking for someone who has a basic knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in Excel. At Bio-Design,you will work closely with the diverse staff team consists of core trade specialists of various nationalities. Not only that, you will also get a chance to liaise and build a network of contacts with a range of stakeholders!

What You Will Learn

Your Task
Assist in all preparations and submission of tenders, quotations and costing of jobs.
Assist in the preparation of progress claim, variation valuations, purchase order, work orders, contracts, final accounts and deal with clients in relation to claims and contract issues.
Assist in project administration and coordination works that included sourcing, schedule preparation, liaison with different departments and dealing with suppliers.
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel.
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Singapore.
Experience in commercial interior fit-out works will be a plus
