Biofourmis is a digital therapeutics company that pioneered and is the leader in Personalized Predictive Care. Our disruptive turnkey technology uses advanced clinical grade wearable sensors to continuously monitor bio vitals and process them using our patented and FDA approved AI/ML algorithms to predict changes in physiology that are co-related to medical and disease events in the cardiac, oncology, respiratory, and other therapeutic areas. Biofourmis’ technology is applicable to a multitude of different therapeutics areas. We are building out a dramatically expanded of solutions to address heart failure, oncology, and infectious diseases.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual who will play a key role in assisting in project planning, execution and operations support for commercial roll outs. He/she will assist in project roll outs and support once sites are up and running. He/she needs to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment to support day to day operations in our team. This candidate will need to have an interest in medical devices, technology, the Biotechnology industry and generally possess a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive support of project management and project roll out activities.
- Assist in creating and managing project plans according to the client’s requirements, in line with Biofourmis’ strategies and goals.
- Create risk management plans prior to project kick offs, and conduct risk monitoring during entire life of project(s) for smooth running of sites.
- Perform extensive testing on Biofourmis products.
- Create, update, review and maintain internal and external documentation in an organised manner.
- Monitor internal team’s project progress to keep tasks on track.
- Create plans for streamlining and improving internal operations processes, using online tools and software.
- Assist and support the development/finalization of customer demonstrations and/or training materials.
- Assist in preparation of devices and deployment materials for commercial and clinical trial roll outs.
- Other duties: This role also performs other duties as deemed necessary for the smooth execution of his/her duties or duties as assigned by their reporting manager.
Experience / Training:
- Prior internship experience in an Operations role / Project Management role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education:
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, Life Sciences or Project Management, or related fields.
Skills:
- Project management skills, track record of being able to handle multiple projects at once.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- A digital native with a strong understanding of medical devices, healthcare, mobile applications and cloud solutions is encouraged.
- Team player, able to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment.
