Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic project management intern to assist in managing IT security and privacy projects. The individual will be assisting the Project Manager in the implementation of key IT security related projects, while carefully managing quality, timeline, and cost.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing project tasks to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality, on time and within budget.
  • Consolidate meeting summary and effectively pinpoint next steps to keep the ball rolling.
  • Assist in drawing out project plan, timeline, dependencies and critical paths.
  • Identify and highlight potential risks as soon as it comes up, and initiate a solution finding process.
  • Assist in communicating and following up with project team members.
  • Preparation of project status report to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams of experts including Product, Engineering,
  • Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, and Customer Service to drive the success of all projects.

Experience / Training

  • Team player, always strives for excellence, proactive and hungry for personal growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience in project management tool(s) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in the relevant industry is not required, as long as you have a keen interest!

Education:

  • Pursuing a bachelor degree in any discipline
