As a new team member
We are looking for a dynamic individual who ensures positive interactions with our customers. The mission would be to transform every single interaction touchpoint into an excellent experience that leads to long-lasting client satisfaction, brand loyalty, and advocacy, through customer-centric strategies.
Requirements
As our Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
- Rotate across different business units within our organization.
- Receive on-the-job and structured development, mentoring, and coaching from our managers and leaders.
- Get paid to work full-time during school breaks, part-time during the academic year, or full-time over a semester to gain course credit.
- Participate in, and possibly anchor concurrent projects that drive growth for the company.
At the end of the program, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Be considered for full-time job opportunities within the business that will challenge and grow your current capabilities
Qualifications
- Experience with customer-facing roles preferred.
- Passionate about delivering first-class service, with the spirit of excellence.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communications, teamwork, flexibility, and proactiveness.
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks and anchor concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a Growth Mindset; We are growing fast. The team and processes will evolve over the next few months. The goal is to learn continuously and improve from our work and each other.
