About the role
This is a 6-months contract role offered under the SGUnited Mid-Career Pathway Programme. There is a possibility to convert the candidate into a full-time employee after the traineeship ends with an attractive compensation package.
We are an award-winning digital health platform that focuses on lab results delivery using the latest technologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing and executing BioMark’s external projects from ideation through to completion.
The Project Manager should be self-motivated and able to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously. He or she must be capable of managing a range of internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a strong execution capability. The position will report to the Business Development Manager. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and people skills and good attention to detail. He or she must also have a strong interest in the healthcare/wellness sector.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
Passionate about healthcare/technology and making a positive impact on people’s lives
At least three years of experience in project management across a diversity of platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven negotiation skills
An entrepreneurial, risk-taking attitude, and the humility to make honest assessments about areas for improvement
A nimble, collaborative, and energetic approach to solving business challenges
Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders to build win-win partnerships
Experience covering healthcare/pharma/laboratories is a plus
Familiarity with laboratory information system (LIS) and systems testing are a plus
Meticulous with good time management skills
Fast learner and highly adaptable
Possess detailed product and technical knowledge
Major Responsibilities:
Manage various internal and external stakeholders
Develop project plans that clearly state missions, objectives and execution steps
Development of strategic partnerships based on business objectives
Work with the business and technical team to manage and execute business requirements
Represent the company at business meetings to promote our company, work on creating positive relations with our partners
On a periodic basis, review what’s working and what’s not, and have the nimbleness to change course when needed
Eligibility Criteria for SGUP-EA
All Singaporeans and PR are eligible for the programme, with the exception of recent grads who should apply for the SGUnited Traineeships Programme instead.
