BioMind – Sales & Marketing Intern

Basic Responsibilities:

• Operational Support – to provide administrative support to manager on day to day operational tasks to ensure seamless executions across sales & marketing departments
• Project Management – will be assigned and own specific projects with guidance from the manager to ensure maximum learning is acquired throughout the internship
• Content creation - Produce content and sales and marketing materials to support the sales team
• Event Management - Plan and organise event logistics and promotions for BioMind’s owned and external events to boost brand reputation. For owned events, this includes making & developing the event strategy, timeline and taking responsibility for event planning and organisation, such as creating all event collaterals, creating an invite list, promoting the event, ensuring a strong attendance and that the event runs smoothly

Previous Work Experience

• Microsoft Office knowledge mandatory especially Powerpoint & Excel
• Ability to work with staff at all levels
• Previous working experience from MNC preferred

Education/ Training and or Skills required:

• Business, Marketing or Communications student;
• Flexible: Able to function in ambiguous environments and comfortable with learning on the fly.
• Clear thinker: You are able speak, write, and think in an efficient and proper way.
• Meticulous: Detailed orientated. You understand that speed and accuracy are not always mutually exclusive.
• A continuous learner: You’re always interested in learning the ‘why’ behind commonly accepted answers.
