Bizgo – Administrative Assistant Intern

Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. You will report directly to the Office Manager. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs and gain valuable insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry, mailing, scanning
• Run company’s errands as needed
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Help out with work from the HR department, such as recruitment
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports

Requirements

• Singaporean or PR
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in English in terms of speech and writing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn
• Organising and scheduling appointments
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Minimum commitment of between 1 to 3 months
