We are looking for a Human Resource Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs and gain valuable insights.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage job sites with employer account.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Update our internal database with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Conduct phone interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Review job descriptions with the latest information.
Requirements
- Poly or University students studying in Human Resources, Business, Marketing and any other related fields
- Singaporean or PR
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English in terms of speech and writing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to learn
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing company
- Minimum commitment of 3 months
