Job Description

IT Assistant – 1st Level Support

  • Setting up accounts for new staff
  • Troubleshoot basic computer problems
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Gather information to escalate advanced computer problems
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks
  • Provide administrative support for IT projects
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training more junior staff members

Reporting Address: 512 Chai Chee Lane, #01-09, Singapore 469028

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Allowance is provided for overtime after working hours)

 Job Requirements:

  • Current pursuing a Diploma or Degree in ICT, Computer Science or any relevant course
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Have the patience and passion to work with disabilities and the needy and disadvantaged
  • Related experience working with computers and operating system will be an advantage
