Operations and Training Officer (Cleaning Services)

Job Description

Cleaning Operations

  • Manage inventory purchase, stock take and delivery of cleaning supplies to work sites
  • To ensure smooth daily operations at work sites
  • Assist in deployment of manpower and cover manpower shortage if needed
  • To conduct inspection on service delivery standard, report discrepancies, fault at work sites, and ensure punctuality of workers
  • Work with service buyers to improve operations at work sites

Training and Job Coaching

  • Conduct training of cleaning requirements and use of automated cleaning machines
  • Provide job coaching to cleaning workforce comprising of Persons with Disabilities and Senior Workers

Job Requirement 

  • O Levels / Diploma
  • Experience in an operational role would be an advantage
  • Willing to multitask
