Job description:

The Marketing Assistant will help with the marketing and communications action plan to achieve publicity, promotion and positioning objectives for exhibition booth take-up and visitor-ship for all shows.

The position requires excellent writing, proof reading and editing skills, and must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good time management, ability to set and stick to priorities, and capable of meeting multiple deadlines are necessary for this role.

2. Aptitude to apply the basic principles of marketing to events

Job Scope:

============

• Prepare communications collaterals and publicity materials to support the publicity and promotion of the exhibition (digital, print, social and outdoor media)

• Ensuring an up-to-date media directory

• Source and research various marketing tools, programs and/or goods as needed

• Work with sales team and operations team to provide all necessary marketing materials

• Drafts material for communication and response to incoming inquiries and relevant follow-up with clients

• Provide updates on all projects and respond to emails in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

Students from the field of Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Tourism or Events may apply.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
