The company brings to users a single integrated platform underpinned by a proprietary, multi-source, fast, yield-managing and machine learning engine.
The first phase of the product is currently in advanced development with a planned launch in 2020. Several phases of enhancements are lined up to further create a unique portal for both hotels and guests alike.
The marketing intern will support the marketing team in developing and executing the marketing plan on and across various channels and platforms, as well as track customers' responses to and effectiveness of marketing communications on these channels. This also includes the integration of traditional and digital marketing channels and techniques where applicable.
Requirements:
Skilled in the creation of written and visual content
Proficient with Photoshop
Self-driven with a keen interest in digital marketing
Uses and consumes social media - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and people skills
Good to have:
Experience with managing digital, social media platforms and campaigns, as well as analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
Proficient with video editing software, web editing tools
Expertise in the Travel/Hospitality Industry will be a plus
Familiar with email automation tools
Responsibilities include supporting the team in:
Content creation & curation to reinforce the organisation's competitive advantage, key messages and brand. Includes design of graphics and written copy for social media posts. Also includes creation & management of promotional activities like giveaways
Email marketing - Ideation of email campaigns and creation of EDMs from EDM templates provided
Implementing marketing activities, including project coordination and management of campaigns on suitable platforms and channels (online, offline, etc.)
Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and the competition as and when required
Influencer management, monitoring
Budget preparation and expenditure tracking
Working closely with key departments and external partners on marketing-related projects ensuring the delivery of quality work and achievement of business targets in an effective and timely manner
Providing administrative support as needed
