Job Description

Product Advisor (Retail Assistant / Promoter)

Job Highlights:
- Permanent full-time position
- 6-days week
- Retail hours 12pm to 8pm
- Product knowledge training will be provided

Position Purpose:
Product Advisors are the human face of the Blackmores brand to consumers in Singapore. The Product Advisors are incredibly important to Blackmores and we are expanding our team to drive this competitive advantage. The role is first and foremost a sales role. Alongside this comes some operational requirements and proactive insight and intel sharing are always encouraged and appreciated. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, cultures, genders and age.

Responsibilities include:
Sales:
- Achieve required targets that are set on a monthly basis
- Looking for a self-starter who has an achievement mindset and can hunt opportunities
- Learn product details and importantly the selling tips by products
- Stay up to date with new products
- Answer consumer questions as needed in an engaging manner
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key retail team members to drive Blackmores recommendation
- Provide insights and intel as requested and proactively

Operations:
- Raise alerts for low or out of stock
- Simple sales reporting via the application
- Involve in ad-hoc roadshows and events when required
- Conducts basis housekeep duties at the Blackmores shelves

Who are you?
- Experience in VDS or beauty products will be an advantage
- Hungry for sales and building sales skills
- Must be attentive to customers’ needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
- Constantly seek to improve one’s knowledge and skill through sales and product coaching
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Open and willing to give and receive feedback
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Numerate and able to use Hand Phone technology
- Work well with others and be a team player
