Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Price list maintenance and management
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders
  • Assist and coordinate on merchandising related activities
  • Participate and work with inter-departments on sales & marketing related coordination activities
  • Assist and provide administrative support to sales team
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 years of relevant Sales Admin/Coordinator experience
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications like excel, word, powerpoint, etc
  • Dynamic, hardworking, self-disciplined & self-motivated
  • Able to start work immediately and able to commit for at least 6 months
