Job Description
  • Initiate, lead, and complete various human resources projects as assigned.
  • Ensure all employees are off-boarded in the applicant tracking system.
  • Create and maintain a SharePoint site for Human Resources and Recruiting.
  • Conduct reference checks for potential new hires.
  • Review resumes to format, grammar and punctuation.
  • Initiate background checks through a third-party vendor.
  • Maintain personnel files – to include filing of documents into employee files and review of employee files for compliance purposes.
  • Maintain employee HRIS records by inputting new employee data and processing personnel action changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
